Shipping policy

Please allow 5–15 business days for your order to be dispatched. Each COLDFRONTT  piece is carefully prepared before it leaves our hands, and processing times may vary depending on order volume. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with delivery typically taking 2 working days from dispatch. All international orders are sent via tracked shipping. Delivery times vary by destination and generally take 5–10 working days from dispatch.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost.

While we work hard to get every order to you as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as customs processing, weather, or courier delays may occasionally extend delivery beyond the estimated window.
