Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your COLDFRONTT order. Refunds are only issued if an item arrives damaged or defective. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll assist with the return process.

We're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for sizing issues, as every product listing includes a size guide to help you choose the right fit before ordering.

Please note, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

To request a refund or return, email us at cldfntt@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. If the item arrived damaged, please include clear photos so we can resolve things quickly.

Once your return is approved, we'll send over instructions. Items must be returned unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
