DELIVERY
Please allow 5–15 business days for your order to be dispatched, you'll receive tracking details by email as soon as it ships. UK orders arrive within 2 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48, while international orders typically take 5–10 working days depending on destination.
These are estimates rather than guarantees, as factors like customs or courier delays can occasionally affect delivery. International orders may also be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the customer's responsibility.

RETURNS
Refunds are only issued if an item arrives damaged or defective. We're unable to offer returns or refunds for sizing issues. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll take care of it.
To start a return, send an email to cldfntt@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item arrived damaged. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
